“My process typically begins with an idea or suggestion, which I then develop in collaboration with my clients to create a finished design. This includes using computer software to draft a detailed diagram of the project before any physical work begins.
Once the design is approved, I set up my workbench and machinery, preparing the tools and materials needed for the job. Each woodworking project is unique, so I carefully select the appropriate type of wood and use a variety of tools—including sanding, boring, cutting, and milling equipment—tailored to the task. I also incorporate traditional hand tools for assembly and precision trimming.
With the addition of CNC and laser technology, I’m able to offer high-precision, custom-crafted details that truly set each piece apart. To complete the process, I apply finishing touches such as painting, staining, and protective coatings—ensuring each item is not only beautiful but also durable enough to stand up to its intended environment.”
